Privacy Policy
Last updated: 02/09/2026
This policy explains how Orqenavi ("this site", "we") handles personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Orqenavi is operated by Olivia Taylor, 200 George St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia.
What information we collect
This site has no sign-up, no account system and no contact form. We do not ask visitors to enter any personal information to read the guide or follow a link to Google Play. The only personal information we hold comes from two sources:
- Emails sent to [email protected] — the sender's address, name if given, and the content of the message.
- Standard hosting logs generated automatically for security and reliability, such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request.
Why we hold it
Email correspondence is kept so we can reply and so we have a record if a question is raised again later. Hosting logs are a normal part of running any website and are used to detect abuse and keep the server running; we do not use them to profile individual visitors.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie to remember whether you accepted or rejected the cookie banner. No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are used. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
Sharing and storage
We do not sell or trade personal information. Email correspondence and hosting logs are not shared with third parties except where required by Australian law. Data is kept only as long as needed to answer a query or meet a legal obligation, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the APPs, you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send a request to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first at the email above. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
External links
This site links to app listings on Google Play. Google's own privacy practices apply once you leave this site; we have no control over them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change too. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the current version.
